It seems like we have been working on projects for the better part of a year. Last year around this time we finished our kitchen project and from there we have not stopped! We have been wanting to get rid of our tile for some time as it has not been holding up well at all. We had cracks in tile, holes in the grout, and all around just didn't look nice anymore. In realizing we were going to be removing the tile, we decided to tackle painting the trim white thru out the house. We have tackeld everything on the main level and will be working on the upstairs in the months to come.

After living on subfloor for almost two weeks we are so excited to have a floor again.
