I spoke with my Uncle Greg last night and he continues to be in good spirits. He had his stitches/staples removed last Tuesday and then a follow up appointment on Thursday to discuss the next steps. He will start radiation treatment on July 20 and will go Monday-Friday for 7 weeks. After that is complete, the doctors will see how the remaining tumor has responded and build a plan. He may have to do chemo as well but we are praying the radiation will take care of it. He did ask the doctor if he could go fishing and was told no, so he is a little bummed about that but is hopeful he will be able to take a family vacation next year. Continue to pray that his spirits stay positive, the tumor responds to the radiation and for some peace for the family. I love you!!!
